Shipping Rates: From (USD)
For purchases from $0.01-$45.99 the shipping fee is $5.95
For purchases from $46.00-$74.99 the shipping fee is $9.95
For purchases $75.00-$124.99 and up the shipping fee is $13.95
For purchases $125.00 and up the shipping fee is $17.95
All merchandise
shipped can be returned for exchange, credit, or refund so long as the shoes
are unsoiled.
No shipping
charge for exchanges (within reason). Refunds do not include shipping
cost.
RETURNS
Please note there is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned merchandise. However you can receive merchandise credit.
Exchange/Refund Policy
If you return the merchandise you purchase from us for any reason within
30 days in resalable condition your purchase price will be refunded. You are
responsible for the return shipping and insuring of the package. Items must be returned
in LIKE NEW condition and in original box.
Please enclose a copy of
your original invoice or packing slip, note CLEARLY on it what you would like
us to send you back for an exchange. There is a $5.00
reshipping charge for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
If we made a mistake in shipping, there will be NO reshipping charge and return
shipping will be refunded back to your credit card. This process can take up to
3-4 weeks. Then the return will be
credited back to your credit card and any refund fees will be waived. If any
item is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it
and credit you cost of return postage & insurance.
The following returns will not be accepted:
- Footwear that has been worn off the carpet.
